1. Acceptance By downloading or using Nudge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Nudge Does Nudge is a sports team management app that helps team managers organise matches, track player availability, and collect substitutes payments. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use within amateur sports teams.
3. Your Account You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Nudge to:
Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited messages to other users
Impersonate another person or team
Attempt to access another user's account without permission
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
5. Subscriptions Nudge Pro is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. We do not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
6. Payments Between Users Nudge facilitates the display of payment information between team managers and players (e.g. Monzo links, bank details). Nudge is not a payment processor and is not responsible for any payment disputes between team members.
7. Content You retain ownership of any content you upload (profile photos, team images). By uploading content, you grant us a licence to store and display it within the app to members of your team. You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
8. Termination We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.
9. Disclaimers Nudge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nudge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
